1. Question - Why would I use your company when I could have my friend, family member, neighbor, etc stop by and check on things. Answer- With everyone these days having busy schedules with barely enough time for extra things, would they have enough time to dedicate watching over your most valuable investment? Would it be their first priority? If something was to go wrong, would they have a list of vendors to call to get the problem fixed asap? Are they bonded & insured to protect you against accidental breakage? Those are just a few questions to consider before placing the burden on those listed. We are a professional independent company, licensed, bonded & insured, with experience to handle the management of your home while you are away. We are a simple solution to what could be a possible inconvenience.

Hello out there, we here at EHM wanted to take the time out to welcome all visitors to our company blog. We are looking forward to getting more comfortable with this new forum of blogging. We welcome any questions that one might have about our company, our services or anything of interest. This posting will take a moment to address a couple of questions that I thought our visitors might have.

1. Question-Does your company handle any other real estate duties? Answer- No, we do not do loans, we are not agents nor brokers we leave that to the top notch professionals around the Atlanta area . We do not provide our services to “supplement” our income because of the recent economic slowdown in the real estate industry. We maintain a singular focus on what we do & it pays off to our clients. Imagine if you found out that your DR. was also a Dentist, Vet, Psychiatrist, & a plastic surgeon- a jack of all trades-master of none, what would your comfort level be?

2. Question-We have alarm service/monitoring, why would we need home watch/management services? Answer- Lets paint a picture, You are away on a beach sipping a nice beverage enjoying your vacation, your phone rings, its ______ security monitoring company informing you that there was alarm at your house and that the police has been dispatched. You instruct them to silence the alarm and you wait in suspense to hear from the police, they inform you that” someone has busted out your window in an attempt to break in, but they must have left after the alarm sounded”. What next? The police do not fix broken windows so now what? You now hope that it doesn’t rain in your now broken window. Now your peaceful holiday has now turned into an anxious event. With a home management company like EHM, we would not only rush over to ascertain the damage(s), we would then email you a report with photos & then have one of our vendors repair the damaged window immediately. Wow.. is there anything better than truly having a peace of mind in absentia?
